The hotel may need some improvements as the rooms, although meeting basic needs, could use better beds and showers. The service was satisfactory despite staff reductions. The prime location near Piazza Spagna and Via Condotti is a major highlight, but the dining experience fell short with limited options.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very old and tiny, which made it quite uncomfortable. On the bright side, the staff was very organised and helpful, and the location near the Spanish Steps and shopping was convenient. However, there were some disturbances caused by casual staff and moonlighters.
